Shreya Engineering Works has now come out with a new range of continuous freezer which is available 300 LHP. 115% over run and 400 LHP. 115% over runbased on the latest technology with simple operation and maintenance. The operator would like to work on it due to its high performance and simple operation, which would enable the production to increase. The equipment is designed to produce 115% overrun

● Refrigeration unit is powered with maneurope of France/Copeland USA hermetic or Semi hermetic Compressors

● Stainless steel barrel with externally grooved fins for improved evaporation and efficient cooling

● Control panel of stainless steel body with digital Ampere meter, other presenters & interlock system

● 1000 lit of cooling tower water per hour at 30 deg c will be required to get best result provided by party

● At standard conditions of mix temperature of ( + ) 4 deg. C and ice cream outlet temperature of ( - ) 5 deg. C with minimum fat content of 11%
